Colour Cut
Images will sit directly on the shirt fabric with no background and have excellent washabaility.
The process is not suitable for logos with lots of colours, photographs, detailed images, fine lines or large amounts of text.
Lead time is usually around 4 or 5 days although a same day or next day service is sometimes available.
See below for our standard print colours (please note these are only as accurate as the web process allows).

Print&Cut
Logos printed this way are vibrant and long lasting. A thin border or background is usually needed around the logo which we can match to the colour of the shirt or print in a contrasting colour. White or very pale coloured garments can instead have a transparent border with "Print&Cut clear"
Not suitable for jackets or very large print areas.
Lead time is usually around a week although a faster service is sometimes available.

Screenprinting
We use screen printed transfers which give excellent washability and a vibrant, slightly glossy finish. Pantone colours can be matched fairly closely this way but can’t be 100% guaranteed. The image sits directly on the shirt fabric with no background although a thin border is sometimes needed for multicolour prints.
A screen needs to be made up for each print colour making it more expensive for multicolour prints.
There is minimum order of ten items needed and lead time is usually around two weeks.
Pantone colours can usually be matched fairly closely this way.

Laser Printing
This option works best on white or very pale Ash Grey shirts. Although it is possible to print onto colours such as pale blue, the t-shirt colour will show through the design making yellows a little green, reds a little purple and anything white the same colour as the shirt.
It’s not suitable for dark garments or sportswear, will fade with frequent washing and a background is sometimes visible behind the print. Maximum print area is just under A4 size.
Lead time is usually around 4 or 5 days although a same day or next day service is sometimes available.

Direct to Garment
The print is hardwearing and sits directly on the shirt with no background behind. Images have a lovely soft feel and large print area but the colours are not as strong as some other processes.
This process works best on T-shirts due to the high cotton content.
There is minimum order of ten items needed and lead time is usually two to three weeks
