Why are your prices not on your web site?
Prices will vary enormously according to the process used and number of garments. We are always happy to quote and advise via email, phone or in person. Please fill out a quote form, phone us or call in.
Can I order online?
Yes, please email us or fill out a quote request form. We will confirm prices along with any recommendations and then email you a visual to check before starting work.
How long does an order take?
Colourcut printing is the fastest and can sometimes be turned round same day although 4-5 days is standard. Print&Cut is usually 2-5 days and other processes usually take two to three weeks. If you have a tight deadline elapse let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Please see “Print Options” for more info
What payment methods do you accept?
For amounts under £300 we can accept all major credit cards and debit cards either in-store or via a secure online link. Larger orders are payable via online BACS payments.
How do you need my design?
for most processes a high resolution jpeg or png or a PDF is fine – please see our Artwork Guide for more info. You can email it to us or bring it in on a memory stick. We are also happy to do basic design work for you.
Can you supply anything from your online catalogue?
Yes, subject to stock availability. However not all items are suitable for all processes so please contact us for more details and our range of recommended garments.
Can I bring in my own clothing?
We are happy to customise your own garments. Please note though that although there are rarely problems, we can never 100% guarantee the results and they are left at your own risk.
What is your minimum order?
for Colourcut and Print&Cut printing we can supply just one. Other processes are between 6 and 20.
Where do I collect my order?
Goods can be collected from our Bridge Street store which is open seven days a week. Alternatively we can deliver locally, nationally or overseas at an extra charge.
Do you do embroidery?
I’m afraid we no longer offer an embroidery service.
